Amazon Launches Its Own Address For Companies

The US e-commerce company Amazon has just launched its own email service and digital calendar for businesses, Workmail, a product designed to compete head to head in the company mails Microsoft and Google product.

Workmail, directed exclusively to employment, costs four dollars per month per user account, and instead offers up to 50 Gigabytes of storage and automatic encryption of all data and emails that will be decrypted only when they reach the receiver. Gmail offers 15 GB and 100 GB free to just $ 1.99 per month. Outlook also offers 15 GB free.

The email service Amazon also allows the user to determine where in the world you want to store your mails, to avoid possible cases of interference from other countries.

This is an email designed for both computers and mobile devices (phones and tablets) and is compatible with iOS, Android, Amazon Fire and Windows Phone.

Workmail website, which is already operational since yesterday, offers companies a free trial of the service for thirty days to a maximum of twenty workers.

While the core business remains the Amazon e-commerce company based in Seattle (Washington, USA) bet increasingly hard to provide computing and cloud computing services for companies such as the virtual desktop WorkSpace, the Zocalo tool for sharing files or email released yesterday.
