Apple is preparing to launch its smart watch.
Apple sent out invitations for a mysterious event that will take place on March 9, sparking speculation about the imminent release of their highly anticipated smart watch, simply baptized Watch (Watch, in English).
With his usual secrecy, the American company sent invitations that say only “Spring Forward” (skip forward), referring to the fact that, one day before the clocks are advanced one hour in the United States to adjust to daylight saving time.
The event will take place at 10:00 am local time (1900 GMT) in San Francisco.
The company had previously reported that its smart watch, which was first unveiled to the public last year with much fanfare, begins to be available to the public in April.
It is the first launch of a new product from Apple iPads since they appeared in 2010.
Experts see great potential in the market for “wearable” or “wearable” electronic products such as watches and bracelets and in particular the Apple Watch, which could help popularize such devices.
