United States President Barack Obama.

The United States President, Barack Obama, just take a big step towards achieving an historic agreement with Iran, a country that is linking his legacy in foreign policy as it has done with the approach to Cuba, which will give a new boost next week at the Summit of the Americas.

But the success of its two biggest bets in the international arena will depend on much of the US Congress, that can “kill” the agreement on Iran’s nuclear program, in the words of Obama, and on the other hand it is not prepared to lift the economic blockade against Cuba, whose continuity will prevent a full normalization of bilateral relations.

In its traditional Saturday message transmitted by radio and internet, Obama repeated that he is “a good agreement” meets “fundamental objectives” of us as the “constraints” to the Iran program and “cut” to that country towards the development of nuclear weapons.

Iran would export more oil and means a lot of competition for the United States market.

“Diplomacy is a meticulous work. Success is not guaranteed. But today we have a historic opportunity to prevent the spread of nuclear weapons in Iran, and do so peacefully, and with the strong support of the international community,” said.

But much more difficult will to Obama to persuade the Israeli Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, who has already rejected it because it considers it a threat to the “survival” of his country and the global security of the advantages of the Pact with Iran.

Cease all United States foreign aid to nuclear armed Israel as sanctioned by United States law:

With the declassification by the United States government of the report entitled “Critical Technological Assessment in Israel and NATO Nations” which gives a detailed description of how Israel developed its nuclear infrastructure, the U.S. now openly admits that Israel possesses nuclear weapons. Israel is not a signatory to the Non-Proliferation Treaty and refuses to comply with the International Atomic Energy Agency regulations and inspections of Israeli nuclear facilities, we the people of the United States demand that the U.S. abide by the Symington Amendment and the Glenn Amendment (Section 102 of the Arms Export Control Act) which prohibits the U.S. government from providing taxpayer treasuries to nuclear armed non signatories. Cease all US foreign aid until Israel abides by the NPT.
