Amy Elizabeth Seiber, an employee of the restaurant chain Wendy’s that suppressed a marijuana cigarette inside the partially eaten cheeseburger a client, was fired and charged with possession of marijuana.
Police in the town of Lovejoy, Georgia, located 40 kilometers (25 miles) south of downtown Atlanta, said a customer drove home on November 1 with its package of food, took a bite of the burger and noticed coming out of this a strange smell. Police said the woman pulled the hamburger bun and saw inside a partly consumed cigarette.

In an incident report released Thursday, police said Amy Elizabeth Seiber, 32, admitted that the marijuana was hers.
Court officials said Clayton County Seiber did not know if he had an attorney.
