Dzhokhar wrote a note on three sides of the boat in which he was hiding while police were looking for him.

Jurors in the trial of attacking the Boston Marathon Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, saw photos of a bloodstained and bullet holes in the boat where the suspect was arrested days after the bombing of 2013 notes.

Prosecutors believe that the note is a confession and refers to the subject of attack by Tsarnaev and his late brother Tamerlan.

The note, written in pencil on the screen wooden boat Tsarnaev seems to deplore the actions of the US in Muslim countries and says he is jealous of his brother because he’s dead and in heaven, as revealed by AP.

Tamerlan Tsarnaev, 26, was killed in a clash with police while trying to escape four days after the attack. Dzhokzar, then aged 19, was found on a boat in Watertown.

“I do not cry because his soul is alive. God has a plan for each person. The mine was hiding in this boat and shed some light on our actions,” wrote according to the pictures shown in court.

The note also says: “The US government kill our innocent civilians but you already know as M (bullet hole) I cannot stand to see that evil go unpunished, Muslims are one body, hurt one hurt at all. … ”

Judge George O’Toole Jr. must decide whether to allow prosecutors to trim and cut out the boat partitions or full boat to see the jury out of court, as requested by the defense brings.

The judge denied a request by the press to send a reporter and a photographer representing all to see the boat.

Three people died and over 260 were injured on April 15, 2013, when two bombs exploded near the finish of the marathon.

Also, jurors heard descriptions of horrendous injuries of survivors, and then saw a video of the suspect minutes after the explosions leisurely stroll to a local food to buy milk.

One of the witnesses was that of Jessica Kensky a newly married woman who described how she tried to prevent her husband saw his shattered leg, while a strange desperately helped extinguish the flames on her body.

Meanwhile the prosecutor William Weinreib said at the start of the trial that Dzhokhar Tsarnaev attended the event on March 15, 2013 as alleged spectator but “had murder in his heart.”

“He put the right bomb near a row of children,” said Weinreib. “Some he bled to death on the pavement while the accused ran away,” he added.
